  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
  • For custom or bulk orders, additional processing time will be communicated at checkout or via email.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery method.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $99 CAD (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
  • Expedited or international shipping is available for an additional fee.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • USA: 5–12 business days, plus customs processing time.
  • International: 10–20 business days, plus customs processing time.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO boxes.
